Parking for Canatara volunteers can be found in the north parking lots near the beach. Parking is very limited and cannot be guaranteed. It is strongly recommended that volunteers carpool or be dropped off for their shift.

Do I need to check-in anywhere when I arrive?

Volunteers at the barricades are asked to contact the Recreation Coordinator, Rebecca Warren, if they will be late or cannot attend. Otherwise, it will be assumed they are at their volunteer location at the instructed time.

Activity Volunteers are asked to check in with a staff or committee member at the Info Tent prior to their shift before going to the activity.

Who do I speak to if I have any questions during the event?

Please visit the Info Tent to find a committee member or staff member if you cannot locate a staff member. We will be rotating around the event.

Yes. Please notify staff or committee members located at the Info Tent when you are departing.
